SF_6压气式断路器中热回流现象的数值研究

摘    要:建立了一种描述SF_6压气式断路器在短路开断过程中灭弧室内发生的热阻塞和热回流现象的数学模型,利用改进型流体网格法对该模型进行了数值模拟,计算了在开断的不同时刻灭弧室中的气流特性,根据数值计算的结果对热阻塞及热回流现象时断路器的开断性能的影响进行了分析。

Abstract:A mathematical model is built to analyze the thermal block and thermal back-flow happening in the are-extinguishing chamber of SF6 puffer circuit breaker during the short circuit current interruption. The numerical simulation for such model is performed by applying the modified fluid-in-cell method, and the SF6 gas flow property during the interrupting process is calculated. Then the effects of thermal back-flow and thermal block on interrupting characteristics of the circuit breaker are analyzed on the basis of the calculated results.
