| 摘 要： | 从描述载流子输运的基本方程入手 ,建立了描述载流子和电场的动力学方程。利用数值方法 ,得到不同参数激光辐照探测器时的光生电动势 ,以及达到载流子饱和所需的激光阈值强度。

| Abstract: | The dynamic equations of elec trical field in the detectors are given on the basis of primary equations which describe the transporting process of the carrier. By means of numerical method,the photon-induced voltage is obtained,as well as the carrier-saturation-thresho ld,which generated by laser beam irradiation with different parameters. |
