摘    要:镁改性的 HZSM-5分子筛上进行乙苯乙醇烷基化和乙苯歧化直接合成高浓度的对二乙苯。在370℃下,烷基化反应的活性(乙苯转化率)高达25.42mol%,二乙苯产率为20.94mol%,对二乙苯的选择性为99.54%。


Shape-Selective Reaction of Ethylbenzene for p-Diethylbenzene over MgHZSM-5 Catalysts
Abstract:Alkylation of ethylbenzene with ethanol and disproportionation of ethylbenzeneto produce p-diethylbenzene oven magnesium modified HZSM-5 zeolite catalystsare examined.The distribution of the products are greatly depend on the reaction temperature.Water less than 25%(v)in ethanol does not affect the selectivity ofthe catalyst.Larger WHSV or less contact time may inhibit the dealkylation ofdiethylbenzene.The catalytic activity,the yield of diethylbenzene and the p-sel-ectivity of ethylalkylation at 370℃ are 25.42%,20.94% and 99.54% respectively.
