铸坯在线火焰切割小车设计

摘    要:分析了铸坯切割机理,对火焰切割小车切割与冷却装置、夹紧与进给装置、在线切割系统等进行了设计,构建了铸坯在线切割小车控制系统,满足了铸坯在线切割的要求.该结构紧凑,切口平整,金属耗损少,能切割220mm以上方铸坯,铸坯火焰切割机寿命长.

Abstract:The cutting mechanism of billet was analyzed,the devices of cutting and cooling,clamping and speeding,and cutting system on line of flame-cutting vehicle were designed,and its control system was established,which was satisfied with the demands of cutting billet on line. The machine structure is compact,and its incision is neat,and the metal loss is little,which may cut square billet above 220mm,and prolongs its service life.
