基于PC+NC结构的数控系统的研究与开发

摘    要:采用PC+NC结构,以功能强大的PMAC多轴运动控制器为NC核心,采用工业控制计算机和Windows操作系统为软硬件平台,基于MFC和VC++开发了数控系统操作软件,充分开发了PMAC的数控功能和PC机的管理能力,工业控制计算机和Windows系统确保了系统的开放性。该方案已成功应用于某型数控钻铣床。

Abstract:Based on Industry PC and Windows 2000 operating system,a CNC system was built.A PMAC(Programmable Multi-Axis Controller) was invited to act as the numerical controller.The CNC's operating software was programmed by visual C++ and MFC(Microsoft Fundational Class Library).And the numeric controller's power and the IPC's management capability was fully explored.This method was successfully introduced into a numerical controlled drilling & milling machine tool.
