摘    要:信息化技术的快速发展为智能用电赋予了新的内涵和业务发展思路,针对未来智能用电业务潜在的交易方式及存在的问题,提出了一种基于区块链技术支撑智能用电云服务的应用方式。通过剖析区块链的技术原理,分析智能用电业务开展过程中的技术需求,明确了区块链技术在智能用电领域的定位。基于欧洲智能电网架构模型(smart grid architecture model,SGAM),设计了智能用电区块链的分域模型,并以可再生能源交易为例给出了具体的实例。最后,分析了基于区块链技术支撑智能用电云服务所面临的技术问题,并给出了解决思路。

Abstract:The rapid development of information technology presents a new connotation and business development ideas for the smart electricity.According to the future potential trading modes and existing problems of smart electricity, this paper presents a novel cloud service of smart electricity based on block chain technology.By analyzing the technical principle of the block chain and the technical requirements faced by the smart electricity service, the position of the block chain technology in smart electricity is clarified.Based on the European smart grid architecture model (SGAM) model, a sub-domain model of smart electricity with block chain is designed and a concrete example is given with the example of renewable energy transaction.Finally this paper analyzes the technical problems faced by the future block chain technology to support the smart electricity cloud service and presents the solution.
