摘    要:特高压直流输电系统具备输电距离远、输送容量大等优势。随着大型能源基地开发的西移和北移,特高压直流输电送端孤岛问题成为今后部分地区能源基地规划设计面临的重要难题。特高压直流输电系统响应较快而火电机组响应较慢,火电机组启动初始负荷和特高压直流输电系统最小启动功率难以匹配,导致直流系统与火电机组配合启动困难。该文提出了一种依托柔性直流输电技术的特高压直流外送孤岛系统黑启动方法,结合常规直流输电现有设备,构建小型柔性直流输电系统,辅助直流系统和送端电源的孤岛启动,柔性直流系统还可为孤岛系统中的机组和直流调试提供可靠供电。通过在PSCAD/EMTDC中搭建特高压直流输电系统、柔性直流输电系统以及火电机组模型,仿真验证了所提出方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:The UHVDC power transmission system has the advantages of long transmission distance and large capacity.As the large scale energy bases development transferring to the West and the North,relevant problems to UHVDC island sending system become the important challenge in the plan and design of energy base in some areas in the future.The response of UHVDC power system is faster than that of thermal generation units,and the minimum startup power of UHVDC doesn't match with the starting power of thermal generating units,which causes the difficult coordinated startup of UHVDC power system and thermal generating units.This paper proposes a new islanding black-start method for UHVDC island sending system based on VSC-HVDC technology.A small scale VSC-HVDC system can be easily built based on the existing devices in conventional DC transmission,which can assist islanding starting up the DC power system and sending system.The VSC-HVDC system can supply power to the generator units in islanding system and DC during system commissioning.Detailed simulation models of UHVDC,VSC-HVDC and thermal generation unit are built in PSCAD/EMTDC.The simulation result verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.
