基于ANSYS的煤矿汽车车架优化系统研究

摘    要:车架是汽车关键的承载部件,开展煤矿汽车车架的有限元结构分析具有重要意义,而构建有限元模型的重点在于悬架机构及连接部件模拟。首先对煤矿汽车车架有限元模型进行简单介绍,之后在分析车架应力水平及分布基础上,提出煤矿汽车车架优化设计方案。

Abstract:The frame is key to automobile bearing components, for coal mine car frame finite element structure analysis is of great significance, built finite element model is focused on simulation of suspension mechanism and connection parts. On the brief introduction to the chassis frame finite element model of coal mine, after the analysis based on the frame stress level and distribution, coal car frame optimization design scheme is put forward.
