流动式起重机远程监控系统的设计

摘    要:根据流动式起重机作业时固有的流动性特点,设计出了一种集数据采集、无线传输及远程监控中心于一体的起重机远程监控系统。该系统应用ARM Cortex-M3架构的STM32F107芯片作为采集终端处理器,对反映起重机作业状态性能的数据参数进行采集,利用GPRS无线网络传输采集数据,并通过监控中心监控界面实时显示,为判别起重机工作状态、分析起重机的性能状况提供坚实可靠的数据基础。

Abstract:According inherent when operation mobile cranes mobility features, designed a set of data collection, transmission and remote montioring center infinite in one crane remote monitoring system. The system architecture of the application ARM Cortex-M3 STM32F107 processor chip as the collection terminal, a reflection of the performance parameters of the crane job status collection, use GPRS wireless networks transmit data collection and monitoring center through real time monitoring interface for determining crane working condition, provide a solid basis for reliable data analysis performance status crane.
