基于传感器的煤自燃倾向氧化动力学测温电路设计

摘    要:煤自燃具有一定的不稳定性,自燃温度和氧化程度随环境变化较大。以煤自燃倾向氧化动力学理论为基础,设计了煤单元温度测量电路,实现了电路的软、硬件单元设计。为了提高测量精度、克服煤自燃温度变化的非线性问题,文章采用分区插值函数进行分段线性计算,取得了高精确度效果。通过煤自燃倾向温度测量实验,验证了该传感器电路的稳定性、高精度以及可靠性。

Abstract:The spontaneous combustion of coal is not stable, spontaneous combustion temperature and oxidation varies with the environment. This paper asks based on coal spontaneous combustion tendency of coal oxidation kinetics theory, temperature measurement circuit design, the design of soft, hardware circuit. In order to improve the measurement precision, the nonlinear problems to overcome the coal spontaneous combustion temperature changes, the partition interpolation function is piecewise linear calculation, achieved high precision effect. The coal spontaneous combustion temperature measurement experiment, verified the stability, the sensor circuit with high precision and reliability.
