矿下气体检测中智能传输接口的研究与开发

摘    要:介绍了使用MSP430F149微控制器和串口/以太网协议转换器实现串口数据和网络数据的互转的硬件结构设计原理以及软件调试实现方法。实际应用证明,以太网通信在矿下多气体检测中解决了RS485及RS232接口的设备传输数据问题,提高了数据传输的稳定性。

Abstract:Introduces the hardware structure design principle and software debugging method for data conversion by making use of MSP430F149 micro controller and UART-Network protocol converters. The actual application has proved that Ethernet network communication in the gas detection under mine solve the problem of the data transmission on RS232 and RS485 and improve the stability of the data transmission.
