| 摘 要： | 近年来煤矿事故频发,很大一部分是由于煤矿机械传动齿轮质量不达标、失效造成设备故障引发的事故,这一直困扰着井下煤炭的生产和运输。因此,要想保证煤矿的高产率,必须从根本上着手,研究传动机械齿轮的失效原因,针对各个不同的方面研究出改进的措施,避免因齿轮失效造成机械设备故障,延长机械设备使用寿命。

| Abstract: | In recent years, coal mine accident-prone, a large part is the mine mechanical transmission gear quality standards, failure caused by equipment failure caused the accident, which has been plagued by production and transportation of coal in the mine. Therefore, in order to ensure that coal high yield, it is necessary to proceed from the fundamental cause of failure of transmission machinery gear developed for various aspects of improved measures to avoid gear failure caused by mechanical equipment failures, and to extend the service life of machinery and equipment. |
