黄河万家寨水轮发电机组稳定运行的综合措施

摘    要:通过对万家寨水轮发电机组真机测试数据的分析研究 ,发现该水轮机转轮叶片发生裂纹的主要原因是受现行水轮机选型原则的限制 ,该站部分水轮机在高水头下稳定性差 ,而同时转轮叶片出水边与上冠相接部位应力有较高集中所致。提出了为保证混流式水轮机高水头段的稳定性 ,应保证转轮叶片负压侧进口脱流线穿过最大水头的观点 ,并据此划分了水轮机的 3个运行区域 ,指导机组运行于稳定区 ,使转轮裂纹大幅度减小。同时通过对转轮采用补焊应力释放三角块的补强措施、机组动平衡试验、机组补气量试验、水轮机转轮泄压孔封堵试验等研究 ,为万家寨水轮发电机组的稳定运行提出了一系列的综合措施 ,其中部分措施已起到了作用 ,提高了机组运行的稳定性

Abstract:By measuring & analyzing the test data of hydroturbine generator in Wanjiazhai, it is found that the main cause of cracking the turbine vane is that the flaw is restricted by choosing different models of equipment. To ensure the stability of high water phrase in mixing flow hydroturbine, the viewpoint that thevane is above the maximum potential level is suggested. According to this the operation of hydroturbine is classified into 3 sections to guide the unit to run steadily decreasing the possibilities of cracking the wheels. By reinforcing the triangle block, testing the units, testing air-adding to the unit and testing blocking the crack of hydroturbine, a series of comprehensive measures is proposed about steadily operating the hydroturine units in Wanjiazhai. Some of the measures have be put into effect and the stability of the unit's operation is increased.
