摘    要:气体氮化发展由来已久,因处理时间长,消耗气源而逐渐被离子氮化方法所代替。离子氮化工艺简单、省时省能,但对于有狭缝的工件经常发生超温甚至局部熔化而损坏。铝挤压模和压铸模一般在试模后进行氮化处理,因粘有少量难以清洗的铝在升温过程中蒸发产生弧光而无法进行正常离子氮化处理。1986年,我们共同设计制造程序自动控制真空氮化设备和研究真空脉冲氮化工艺。几年来应用实践证明,设备装炉量大、工艺周期短、氮化质量稳定,是一种新型的氮化设备和实用的氮化工艺。

Abstract:Gas nitriding process is graduately replaced by ion nitriding process because of taking long time and expending a large amounts of gas. Ion nitriding process is a simple process of saving time and energy, but the workpieces with narrow gap were frequently damaged from overheating or melting during ion nitriding, specially, a few Al stuck On the surface or in the narrow gap of moulds after pretest of the moulds may produce such arc that the nitriding process can't be carried out. In 1986 we designed the procedure auto-control vacuum nitriding furnace and studied the pulse vacuum nitriding processes. The results of application of the processes express that it is a new type of nitriding furnace and has following advantages of quantities of charge, short duty cycle and high treating quality.
