摘    要:通过实验找出一种从枯草芽孢杆菌提纯超氧化物歧化酶的最佳方法。实验着重对从枯草芽孢杆菌中提取SOD的工艺过程进行了研究,通过对热变性法、等电点法、盐析法等几种方法的实验分析比较,找出一套操作简便,SOD总收率高的提纯工艺。实验结果表明:硫酸铵分级盐析法是三种方法之中提取出酶的活力最高的一种工艺,适用于工业化大规模的提取SOD酶。从而为寻找更简便、经济的SOD生产方法提供依据。

Abstract:An optimal method of SOD extraction from Bacillus subtilis was found in this study.The process of SOD extraction was mainly investigated,comparing with the thermal denaturalization method,isodectric point method and salt out method a set of simple oporation,high total yield of SOD extraction process was obtained.The results of experiment showed that salt out method was a kind of method that kept high activity of SOD among of these three above methods.Which was suitable to industrial production of SOD extraction,and accordingly offered some references for exploring simple and economic method of SOD production.
