| 摘 要： | 企业在发展的过程中,会遇到各种各样的危机,如果处理不善,会对企业的经营造成一定的影响,甚至导致破产。这些都使得对企业危机展开研究有重要意义。首先介绍了企业危机的定义、来源,然后将国内外企业的一些经验和我国企业的实际情况相结合提出了一些企业应对和防范危机的措施。 |

| Abstract: | Enterprises meet various crises in the development.If the crises can not be managed well,they will affect enterprises' operation,even result in bankruptcy.So research about enterprise crisis is urged.This paper introduces the definition and sources of enterprise crisis.Then,combined with the experience of foreign enterprises and the facts of China enterprises,some countermeasures for crisis are put forward. |
