黑龙江省主导产业选择研究

主导产业是区域经济发展的核心和支柱,特殊的产业环境和经济结构决定了黑龙江省在发展过程中需选择主导产业,以部分产业的发展带动全省经济的进步.该文以主导产业选择的原则和基准为依据,选取主导产业选择的15项指标.应用基于三角白化权函数的灰色聚类评估模型,将多种产业按照确定权数的各项指标归入几类,最终按照指标特性优化的一类即为主导产业.将三角白化权函数灰色聚类模型应用到区域主导产业选择是一项新的尝试,可以得出能够反映各产业部门在区域经济发展中地位和作用的综合指标,对所有影响因素进行综合评估,并以此来评价产业的优劣.通过三角白化权函数灰色聚类评估模型对黑龙江省的产业进行研究,筛选出适合黑龙江省经济发展的主导产业,筛选结果验证了模型的适用性及可信性.
