摘    要:研究了四种不同含B量的Fe-Cr-Mn-C-B系铸造合金的铸态组织结构及摩擦磨损特性。结果表明:硼碳化物体积分数随B含量增加而增大,并可按等量原子比估算。由于含B合金基体表面更易摩擦诱发马氏体相变,且产生表面细晶强化作用,显著提高了滑动磨损的抗磨性。含硼0.3%时,滑动磨损的抗磨性是25Cr马氏体基合金的4倍,是Mnl3铸钢的7.6倍。

Abstract:The solidification structure, friction and wear behavior of the austenite matrix wear resistance alloys of Fe Cr Mn C B system were studied. The results show that boro carbide volume fraction increasies with B content in the alloy and its amount can be estimated by calculation of equivalent atom number. As the martensite transformation is easily induced on the matrix surface by friction, and fine crystal strengthening occurs on the friction and wear surface layer, the slipping wear resistance of the alloys with boron turns higher remarkably. The slipping wear resistance of an alloy with 0.30w%B is 3 times higher than that of martensite matrix high chromium cast iron with 25Cr, and 6.6 times higher than that of Mn13 cast steel.
