| 摘 要： | 针对许多产品需要低成本高性能的温度测量,提出一种使用RC充放电电路和PWM技术完成A/D转换的测量方法。该方法不需要参考电压和专用模数转换模块。本文结合该测量方法的原理,给出以AT89C2051为核心的温度测量硬件原理和软件结构。测试表明,该方法具有电路简单、性能可靠和低成本的优势。

| Abstract: | To need the low-cost and high-performance of temperature measurement for many products,a new measure method is proposed,which uses a charge and discharge RC circuit and PWM technology for A/D converter while not needing reference voltage and special A/D transferring model.To realize the method to measure temperature,this paper describes hardware principle using AT89C2051 and software construction while combining measure principles.The test shows that the method has several advantages including the easy circuit,reliable performance and low costs. |
