基于ADAMS的隔爆云台运动学与动力学仿真

摘    要:针对隔爆云台设计过程中的运动学、动力学问题,采用ADAMS软件仿真分析了机构的运动学、动力学特性,得到了隔爆云台在多种工况下转矩及角加速度的变化规律,为隔爆云台结构设计和控制系统设计提供参考.

Abstract:Dealing with the dynamics and kinematics involved in the designing of explosion-proof pan/tilt,and adopting ADAMS software in the simulation analysis of the dynamic and kinematic features of the mechanism,the authors reveal the rules governing the variation of torques and angular acceleration in multiple operation conditions,serving as a reference for the designing of explosion-proof pan/tilt structure and the relevant control mechanism.
