陶瓷与灰铸铁配副在水润滑下的摩擦学性能

摘    要:比较了在蒸馏水润滑下Si3N4、Al2O3陶瓷与灰铸铁副的摩擦学性能,结果表明:Al2O3陶瓷的磨损体积远小于Si3N4,但与Si3N4配副时灰铸铁的磨损体积明显小于与Al2O3配副时的磨损体积。其摩擦系数也较小(0.02)。用SEM观察发现Al2O3陶瓷磨擦表面粗糙,有少量的转移膜形成;而Si3N4磨擦表面光滑,与其对应的灰铸铁磨面上存在含石墨的润滑膜。

Abstract:Frictional performance lubricated by distilled water of ceramics Si 3N 4 and Al 2O 3 against gray cast iron was studied. It was concluded that the wear volume loss of ceramics Al 2O 3 was much lest than that of Si 3N 4, but the wear volume loss of cast iron against Si 3N 4 is much lest than that against Al 2O 3, and the friction coefficient is very small, too. It was observed by SEM that the worn surface of Al 2O 3 was rather rude, with small transfer film on worn surface, but the worn surface of Si 3N 4 was very smooth, the worn surface of cast iron against Si 3N 4 had a lubricated film with graphite.
