| 摘 要： | 在简要分析全球及我国镍、铜、钴市场供需状况和前景以及国内外镍、铜、钴资源分布特点、开发状况及发展趋势的基础上,重点论述了加入WTO后金川集团公司实施资源控制战略的背景、实质、目的、举措及取得的进展,最后对金川集团公司实施资源控制战略的经验进行了总结.

| Abstract: | An analysis is made on the situation and prospect of the supply and demand of nickel,copper and cobalt,and the distributing characteristics,developing situation and tendency of these resources home and abroad.A detailed discussion is made on the background,essence,purpose and plan of the resources control strategy of Jinchuan Group after China joins WTO.Finally,a summary of implementing resources control strategy for Jinchuan Group is drawn. |
