(Zn-Co)-TiO2复合电镀的工艺研究

摘    要:研究了微酸性氯化物体系中(Zn-Co)-TiO2复合电镀的工艺,探讨了镀液组成及工艺条件对复合镀层中Co及TiO2含量的影响,得到了(Zn-Co)-TiO2复合电镀的最佳工艺。并对(Zn-Co)-TiO2复合镀层的耐蚀性进行了考察,与Zn-Co合金镀层和锌镀层的耐蚀性进行了对比。

Abstract:Zn Co) TiO 2 deposits from an acidic chloride electrolyte have been examined. The effect of plating bath composition and process parameters on cobalt and TiO 2 content of the (Zn Co) TiO 2 deposits was studied in detail. Optimal technology for (Zn Co) TiO 2 composite deposition has been obtained. The corrosion resistance of the (Zn Co) TiO 2 coating was evaluated and compared with Zn Co alloy coating and conventional zinc coating.
