工业设计中材料的感觉特性研究

摘    要:材料是构成产品的物质基础,除具有材料的基本功能特性外,还具有其特有的材质与情感,体现出不同的材质美。当前由于消费者个人自主性的提高,将需要设计师掌握消费者的心理感受及需求来开发新产品。依据感性工学的理论,从消费者的角度出发研究工业设计中材料的感觉特性:通过产品造型材料意象调查得到消费者的意象偏好,再应用统计分析,在定量层面上得出了消费者的心理感性意象与产品造型材料的对应关系,据此形成知识库,指导后续的产品设计。经设计茶杯材质应用,证明该方法是合理可行的。

Abstract:Materials are the physical basis of products. It has not only the functional characteristics of material,but also the specific texture and emotion.Moreover,as the increase of customers'self-determination,the designers need gain an acute insighet into their psychology cognizance and requirement to develop new products.Therefore,from the viewpoint of customer,the relationship between features of material and people's psychology was studied based on the theory of kansei* (geist)engineering.The customers' kansei preference is acquired via the materials kansei image survey;then the quantitative corresponding relation of psychology kansei image and materials is obtained from statistic analyzing,with which the design rules will be established to aid product design.Finally,the cup materials are designed in order to ascertain the validity of the method.
