镀铜CO_2气体保护焊丝锈蚀原因分析

摘    要:介绍镀铜CO2气体保护焊丝锈蚀机制,分析镀铜CO2气体保护焊丝生产过程控制,给出镀铜CO2气体保护焊丝锈蚀的主要影响因素:(1)焊丝原材料的表面状态;(2)生产过程前处理各环节的控制状态;(3)拉拔过程及辅料的控制状态;(4)清洗、镀铜、烘干、抛光防锈环节的控制状态;(5)成品焊丝包装、存放环节的控制状态。举例说明通过对每个生产环节进行精细化的管理和辅料的有效选择,可预防和改善镀铜焊丝的锈蚀。

Abstract:To introduce the corrosion mechanism of copper plating CO2 gas shielding welding wire and analyze its production course control,the main effecting factors of corrosion of the wire are given:(1) surface state of welding wire raw material;(2) control state of pre-treatment every link in production;(3) drawing course and auxiliary materials control state;(4) the control state of cleaning,copper plating,drying,polishing and antirusting link;(5) the control state of finished welding wire packing,depositing link.To illustrate by effective selection of auxiliary materials and every production link fining management to prevent and improve copper plating welding wire corrosion.
