还原法低碳钢丝热镀Galfan镀层工艺

摘    要:热镀低碳钢Galfan合金镀层钢丝表面易产生缺陷。介绍低碳钢丝还原法热镀Galfan镀层原理。氢气还原氧化铁反应过程中,影响反应速度的主要因素有温度、氧化铁粒度大小、还原时间。氧化铁粒度为2μm时,氧化铁还原反应在350℃时加快,在600℃时还原率达100%。对保护气体还原法生产热镀Galfan合金镀层钢丝工艺进行介绍。钢丝电解脱脂溶液中,ρ(NaOH)为30~35 g/L,ρ(Na2CO3)为20~30 g/L,温度为50~65℃,电流密度为5~15A/dm2;电解酸洗液中,ρ(HCl)为50~100 g/L,ρ(FeCl2)不大于25 g/L,阴极电流密度为5.0~10.0 A/dm2,阳极电流密度为2.0~2.5 A/dm2,温度为室温;退火还原温度为600~780℃,还原时间不小于28 s,冷却段温度为440~455℃;氮气抹拭过程中,压力为0.020~0.025 MPa。解决了普通热镀低碳钢丝Galfan合金镀层表面缺陷。

Abstract:The defects were produced on the surface of hot-dip low carbon steel Galfan alloy plating.The low carbon steel wire reduction method hot-dip Galfan plating principle was introduced.In the process of hydrogen reduction iron oxide,the main factors affecting reaction speed are temperature,iron oxide particle size,reduction time.When iron oxide size is 2 μm,the reduction reaction of iron oxide speeds up at 350 ℃,the reduction rate reaches 100% at 600 ℃,the protective gas reduction method to produce hot-dip Galfan alloy plating process is introduced in detail.In wire electrolytic degreasing solution,ρ(NaOH)is 30~35 g/L,ρ(Na2CO3)is 20~30 g/L,temperature is 50~65 ℃,current density is 5~15 A/dm2.In electrolytic acid pickling solution,ρ(HCl) is 50~100 g/L,ρ(FeCl2)is no more than 25 g/L,cathodic current density is 5.0~10.0 A/dm2,anodic current density is 2.0~2.5 A/dm2,temperature adopted is room temperature,annealing reduction temperature is 600~780 ℃,reduction time is no less than 28 seconds,cooling section temperature is 440~455 ℃,in the process of nitrogen wipping,pressure is no less than 0.020~0.025 MPa.The surface defects of common hot-dip low carbon steel wire Galfan alloy plating are solved.
