摘    要:对整体模拉法生产压实股钢丝绳过程中股绳表面钢丝容易产生翻转问题进行研究。对股绳模拉过程进行受力分析,并对比生产普通多丝线接触股绳方法,采取改进措施:(1)调整工艺参数,将钢丝之间的间隙设计在0.1 mm以上,且层与层之间的间隙逐步增加;股绳的中心钢丝直径增大,设计增加量不小于0.2 mm;控制股绳捻距倍数在8~8.5倍。(2)改进工装,尽可能缩小分线盘的外径,减小钢丝的走线角度。(3)减小钢丝的强度散差,提高制绳钢丝表面质量。(4)限制股绳机的转速,慢速生产。结果表明,采用模拉法新工艺生产的压实股钢丝绳股绳表面较为平整、光滑,钢丝无翻转缺陷,捻制的钢丝绳使用效果较好。

Abstract:The problem of strand and rope steel wire flipping easily in process of integral die drawing to produce compacted wire rope was researched.The force of strand and rope in process of die drawing was analyzed,the common multi-wire line contact strand and wire was produced comparatively.Measures adopted are as follows:(1)to change process parameters,the gap of steel wire is designed over 0.1 mm,and gap between layer and layer increases gradually,the central steel wire diameter of strand and rope increases,designing increasing amount is no less than 0.2 mm,to control strand and rope lay pitch multiple from 8 to 8.5 times.(2) to improve tool,to shrink distributing board external diameter possibly to decrease steel wire running angle.(3)to decrease strength scattered difference to increase surface quality of steel wire for rope.(4)to restrict rotating speed,to produce in low speed.Results show that strand and rope surface of compacted wire rope produced by adopting integral die drawing method new process is smooth,there is no flip defects,using effects of stranded wire rope is better.
