| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究套料芯棒的切断机理和大直径芯棒切断刀切削芯棒时的运动轨迹分析,开发出了小直径深盲孔中芯棒切断刀切削套料芯棒时的运动轨迹计算公式,并以此为依据,设计、制造和使用了小直径芯棒切断刀。

| Abstract: | This thesis studies cutting mechanism for core mandrel cutting off and analyses the motional trace of cut off tools for large diameter mandrel and thus deduces the formula for calculating motional trace of cut off tool machining core mandrel in small size deep blind hole. On basis of this formula,small size mandrel cut off tools can be designed and manufactured. |
