聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)的光电导效应

摘    要:通过改变聚乙烯咔唑(PVK)中光敏剂C60和TNF的浓度,材料体系的环境温度,以及外加电场场强的大小等,对材料体系的光电导效应进行了分析,发现材料的光电导具有正的温度系数,随光敏剂含量和外加电场场强的增加而增大,对PVK C60和PVK TNF的光电导进行了对比.并且计算了两种掺杂材料体系的外电流效率,讨论了温度、电场场强、光强等因素对材料外电流效率的影响,同时对两种掺杂材料体系的外电流效率进行了对比.

Abstract:By changing the photosensitize concentration of C60and TNF,material's environment temperature,and applied electric field,the material's photoconduction is studied,finding out that the materials' photoconduction is direct proportion to temperature,increases by the photosensitize concentration and applied electric field,contrasting the photoconductive of PVK C60and PVK TNF.We also calculated the two different adulterated materials' external photocurrent efficiency,discussed the affect of temperature,applied electric field and inject light intensity to materials' external photocurrent efficiency,at the same time,we contrasted two different adulterated materials' external photocurrent efficiency.
