稻草AS－AQ法制浆的研究

对稻草ＡＳ－ＡＱ法蒸煮中不同亚硫酸化度的影响进行了研究。结果表明，在其他条件不变的情况下，随着亚硫酸化度的降低，木素脱除率增高；另一方面，蒸煮的脱木素选择性降低，碳水化合物溶出率升高而得率下降。在亚硫酸化度０．３～０．４处，纸浆的硬度最低。未漂浆白度随亚硫酸化度降低而降低，漂率随其降低而升高。

A Study on the AS-AQ Pulping of Rice Straw

The effect of different sulfitity on rice straw AS-AQ pulping was studied.The results indicated that delignification rate increased as the sulfitity decreased when the other cooking conditions were the same.However the increasing of delignification rate slowed down as the sulfitity decreased to lower than 0.4.On the other hand,the selectivity of delignification decreased as the sulfitity decreased.Consequently the dissolving rate of carbohydrates increased constantly and the yield of pulp decreased as the sulfitity decreased.The pulp with the lowest hardness was produced when the sulfitity was in 0.3 0.4,and to obtain the pulp having the same hardness at this range of sulfitity most mild conditions were required.the pulps produced had higher yield ,holocellulose and viscosity. The brightness of unbleached pulp decreased as the sulfitity decreased and bleaching chemicals requirement increased as the sulfitity decreased.Moreover,the content of SiO2 in waste liquor was lower(<1.0g/L) when the sulfitity>0.4,SiO2 content increased rapidly as the sulfitity decreased to lower than 0.4.
