| 摘 要： | 通过对电力蓄冷空调技术应用现状的深入研究，分析该技术在推广应用巾存在的各种障碍，建议政府安排部分资金用于中央空调蓄冷技术改造，理顺价格机制促进电力蓄冷空调技术推广。国家应通过财政支持鼓励电力蓄冷空调技术的研发和推广，鼓励设计单位主动推荐蓄冷空调技术。
