综采工作面中部设备实体模型的安装配套

在综合分析综采设备资料的基础上,研究CAD技术在综采工作面设备安装配套中的应用。为了直观、全面地反映综采工作面设备实体结构和相对位置,显示工作面"三机"的安装配套关系,利用SolidWorks软件建立综采工作面各设备的简化三维实体模型,并利用SolidWorks处理大型装配体功能,建立工作面设备配套实体模型。利用SolidWorks软件对2D AutoCAD的支持,生成符合国家标准规定的二维工程图。

Size Agreement on Coal Mining Equipment 3D- Model

The first research comprehensively of the mining equipment for the coal mining face is analyzed,and then studies how to apply the CAD technology to solve the "equipment size agreement" problem.In this study,choose SolidWorks to build simplified 3D models.The 3D modeling technique not only directly and comprehensively reflects the actual structure and relative positions of the machines,and the connections between them,but also can perform agreement checks,overlapping checks,and dynamic emulation,and even further analyses.Besides,the 3D model can be used to produce desired 2D drawings,and if update the 3D model,all the 2D drawings will be automatically updated.
