| 摘 要： | 教学督导是保障和提升高职高专教育教学质量的主要手段之一。本文结合高职高专教学督导的性质和特征,针对目前教学督导工作中存在的问题,从指导理念、机构设置、队伍建设和运行机制等方面对高职高专的教学督导体系进行建构。

| Abstract: | Teaching supervision is one of the main means to guarantee and promote the quality of higher vocational education.In view of the current problems in the supervision,this paper,based on the nature and characteristics of such supervision,aims to set up a teaching supervision system feasible in higher vocational education in terms of guiding principles,organizational framework,team construction and operating mechanisms,etc. |
