| 摘 要： | 提出基于AHP/ANP的项目后评价指标体系,根据评价系统中指标间关系建立AHP及其ANP结构模型,通过两种评价模型的实例比较分析,验证了ANP项目后评价指标体系及评价方法能有效解决AHP所不能解决的复杂系统中同层指标间的非独立关系以及上下层指标的相互反馈关系。

| Abstract: | It puts forward the post project evaluation index system based on AHP and ANP,builds the AHP and ANP structural model according to the relation of indexes of evaluation system.Through the comparison and analysis on the practice of the two evaluation model,it proofs that it can solve the dependent relation of homoeomerous indexes and mutual feedback relation of the up and down layer indexes of complex system that AHP can't solve effectively of ANP post project evaluation index system and its evaluation method. |
