锗的氧肟酸HGS98萃取分离研究

摘    要:主要了湿法炼因余液中锗的萃取分离提取,以氧肟酸HGS98为萃取剂,P204为协萃剂,煤油为稀释剂,NH4F为反萃剂,系统地讨论了锗的萃取分离机理和提取条件。所研究的工艺选择性好,金属回收率高,操作简便、为冶金废弃物中高价金属锗 收提供了一种新的方法。

Abstract:The extraction separation of germanium from indium raffinate in zinc production was described. Using hydroxamic acid HGS98 as extraction reagent, P204 as synergism, kerosene as diluent and NH 4F as stripping, the extraction mechanism and conditions were investigated in detail. The results show that this process has the advantages of good selectivity, high recovery, and easy to be operated. It provides a new way to recover high valence metal germanium from metallurgical waste materials.
