| 摘 要： | 本文以１９９０年以来长春市建成区土地利用及其变化情况为依据，通过对用地结构与布局，用地变化与城市经济发展，用地技术经济指标与总体水平，用地潜力与开发可行性等议题的分析和论证，指出了长春市建成区土地利用具有的内在潜力，并就此提出了相应的建议和措施。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the situation of land use and the changes of built area of Changchun city, through the analyses and the demonstrations of the topics of land use construction and distribution, land use changes and urban economic development,technique economic targets and overall level of land use, and land use potentialities and development feasibility, inherent potentialities of built area of the city are pointed out, and relevant suggestions are put forward. |
