氧化锌矿制备饲料级氧化锌工艺研究与生产应用

摘    要:研究了以氧化锌矿为原料, 经酸浸、净化、合成、过滤、洗涤、干燥制得中间产物碱式碳酸锌, 碱式碳酸锌经煅烧制备饲料级氧化锌的工艺过程。重点考察了制备工艺中酸浸、除杂条件以及煅烧温度和时间对产品质量的影响。结果表明: 采用H2SO4浸取H2O2氧化除杂, 锌粉置换重金属可得到精制硫酸锌溶液。采用碳酸钠与硫酸锌合成可得到碱式碳酸锌; 在煅烧温度为900 ℃, 煅烧时间为4 h条件下对碱式碳酸锌煅烧, 制备的氧化锌产品可达到HG/T 2792-1996饲料级氧化锌一级品标准。应用该工艺建设了一套5 000 t/a的生产装置。

Abstract:A study was made on the process of preparing feed zinc oxide by producing in-process product of basic zinc carbonate with zinc oxide ore as raw material by acid-leaching, purifying, synthesis, filtrating, washing and drying. Emphasis was put on the effects of the acid leaching and impurity removal conditions and the calcination temperature and time on the product quality. The results show that refined zinc sulfate solution can be obtained by H2SO4 leaching, H2O2 oxidation for impurity removal and heavy metals replacement by zinc. Using sodium carbonate and zinc sulfate, basic zinc carbonate can be synthesize. The zinc oxide prepared by calcining the basic zinc carbonate at 900 ℃ for 4 hrs can reach the first grade standard of HG/T 2792-1996 for feed grade zinc oxide product. A set of production equipment with capacity of 5 000 t/a has been build up.
