添加稀土对铜的性能和组织的影响

摘    要:分别研究在真空和空气条件下熔炼“铈-钢”“混合稀土钢”合金的拉伸强度、硬度、电阻率和显微组织与组成的关系。实验结果表明:添加稀土可去除铜中杂质、细化。在真空熔炼条件下,添加稀土能显著提高铜的导电率。但在空气条件下,当稀土添加量超过0.05%wt后,导电率下降。铈与混合稀土均能提高铜的拉伸强度和硬度。

Abstract:The tensile strength, hardness, the electrical resistivity and the relation between micro-structure and compositions of "Ce-Cu" alloy and mischmetal-Cu alloy, which were smelted in ambient and vacuum conditions respectively, are studied.The experimental results have shown that the addition of rare earth metals can purify copper and refine its grain size. The RE addition can increase greatly the electrical conductivity of copper alloyed in vacuum fur nace, but decrease the conductivity as the content of rare earth metals in the copper alloy was over 0.05% wt and the alloy was smelted in ambient condition. Similar effect of addition of cerium and mischmetals on copper alloys was observed.
