异种钢接头焊接残余应力分析及实验研究

摘    要:异种钢接头是电站锅炉中的一个重要部件。本文应用热弹塑性有限元对102钢和304H钢管通过镍基合金充材料焊接的异种钢接头的焊接残余应力场及经过退火后的残余应力场进行了数值计算,并应用全释放法对该焊接头进行了实测,计算结果与实测结果基本吻合。这些结果可供异种钢接头失效研究和其焊接工艺的制订时参考。

Abstract:In this paper,the thermo elasto plastic finite element method is applied to calculate residual stress field of 102 steel/304H steel dissimilar steel pipe welds by nickel base alloy fillers and annealed residual stress field.And the full stress relieving method is applied to measure the welded joint.The results of numerical calculation are agree with the results of measurement.The results will be important references for studies of failure and welding technique of dissimilar steel welds.
