| Abstract: | The mechanism of vibration of rotary piston vacuum pump is investigated and the vibration sources of the pump are identified by using the spectrum analysis and waveform analysis techniques.The dynamic analysis which puts emphasis on the main vibration source is performed,and the shaking forces are evaluated.The results provide basic orientation for controlling vibration and improving design of the pump. |
