| Abstract: | The conception and features of project cost in construction enterprises are introduced in this paper. And based upon discussion on introduction of competition mechanism, cost control and other aspects author proposed that establishing management system, norm management and modern enterprises system are the fundamental assurance for good construction cost management. |
