摘    要:钢铁工业是现代社会扩大再生产的基础,在工业领域中是用水大户,在当下水资源供需矛盾突出的情况下对区域水资源短缺及行业用水竞争产生不小挑战。解决问题的思路是深入剖析钢铁工业的用水过程,以精细化的节水评价挖掘各环节节水潜力。通过组件和知识图将钢铁工业用水情况过程化表达,涉及来水、用水、排水等过程,最终在综合集成平台上展现。具体以焦化工艺用水过程为例,介绍知识图的绘制和节水评价的实现。结果表明,可视化有利于钢铁工业用水过程化管理,在此基础上的节水评价是真实可信的,可为决策服务,从而达到强监管的目的。

Abstract:The steel industry is the foundation of social expansion and reproduction, it accounts for a large proportion of industrial water. The steel industry has brought great challenges to regional water shortages and industry watercompetition under the current contradiction between supply and demand of water resources. The solution to the problem is to deeply analyze the water use process of the steel industry, and to explore the water-saving potential of each link with refifined water-saving evaluation. The process of water utilization in the steel industry is expressed through components and knowledge graphs, involving source, use, drainage and so on. Finally, it is be displayed on the integration platform. Andit takes the water utilization for coking process in the steel industry as an example to introduce how to draw and evaluate for water saving. The results show that visualization is benefificial to the process of management of water utilization in the industry. The water-saving evaluation based on this is authentic and can serve the decision-making, thus achieving the purpose of strong supervision.
