EKL型水文缆道控制台升级设计与应用

摘    要:水文缆道控制台是我国流速仪法测流的主要设备,以现有半自动水文缆道控制台作为执行单元,在此基础上进行升级,实现缆道测流的自动化。介绍四川省广安市缆道测流设备现状,根据需求制定自动化升级的总体方案,并分别从测控装置硬件和上位机软件设计2个部分叙述项目的设计思路和实现方法。从改造后的缆道测流系统现场测试结果看,改造后的系统已能实现自动流量测验,测验结果符合明渠流量测验规范的要求,达到EKL型水文缆道控制台自动化升级的目的。

Design and Application of The Upgrade of EKL Hydrometric Cableway Console

Abstract:Hydrometric cableway console is the main equipment of current meter measurement in our country. Based on the existing semi-automatic hydrometric cableway console as the execution unit, it is upgraded to realize the automation of current measurement by cableway. This paper introduces the current situation of current measurement equipment in Guang''an City, Sichuan Province, formulates the overall plan of automation upgrade according to the demand, and describes the design idea and implementation method of the project in two parts, one is the hardware design of measure-control device, and the other is the software design of upper computer. From the field test results of the reformed system, it can be seen that the reformed system has been able to realize automatic flow test. The test results meet the requirements of the open channel flow test specification and achieve the purpose of automatic upgrade of EKL type hydrometric cable control console.
