智能专家控制系统在水泥粉磨系统中的应用

摘    要:水泥粉磨是水泥生产过程中重要的环节,水泥质量的好坏与粉磨系统的运行状况有着重大的关系,因此,对水泥粉磨系统控制问题的研究具有重要的意义。但是,由于水泥粉磨系统具有非线性、强耦合和大延迟的特性,难以建立精确的控制模型。为解决这个问题,提出了使用智能专家控制系统来控制水泥粉磨系统的生产过程。首先分析了水泥粉磨系统各个回路之间的耦合关系,并根据它们的关系将整个水泥粉磨系统的控制分解为磨机负荷控制、粒度控制等五个部分,由五个控制器相互协作来实现对系统的控制。最后我们将设计的控制系统应用于水泥生产现场,根据现场数据显示,智能专家控制系统的使用明显提高了水泥粉磨系统运行的稳定性,达到了提高产量、提升质量和降低能耗的目的。

Abstract:Cement grinding was an important link in the cement production process.The quality of cement had a significant relationship with the operation of the grinding system.Therefore,the research on the control of cement grinding system was of great significance.However,the cement grinding system was a complex system with nonlinear,strong coupling and large delay characteristics.It was difficult to establish an accurate control model.To solve this problem,the intelligent expert control system used to control the production process of the cement grinding system was proposed.The coupling relationship between the various circuits of the cement grinding system was firstly ananlyzed,and according to their relationship,the control of the whole cement grinding system was decomposed into five parts:mill load control,particle size control,etc.The five controllers cooperated to achieve control of the system.Finally,the designed control system was applied to the cement production site.According to the site data,the use of the intelligent expert control system significantly improved the stability of the cement grinding system operation,and achieved the goal of improving production,improving quality and reducing energy consumption.
