摘    要:为了确保电网安全稳定可靠运行,电网规模正在不断扩大,调度人员也在缩短电网事故处理时间,以便能快速复电。传统人工故障分析模式获取信息的时效性长且不一定完整,越来越难以满足决策人员快速复电的信息要求。本文以提高电力系统故障响应速度为导向,提出研究一套变电站继电保护故障可视化分析及状态预警系统,主要实现基于SVG可视化技术的故障反演、多维度可视化综合故障分析及保护设备元件级状态监视与预警技术等主要功能,系统在电网故障时能够迅速全面获取故障量特征,结合保护定值、开关量变位情况、保护动作时序等综合判断保护动作情况,并进行动态反演,最后给出保护动作结论,为电网调度决策做好辅助技术支撑,提高供电可靠性。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safe, stable and reliable operation of the power grid, the scale of the power grid is constantly expanding, and dispatchers are also reducing the handling time of power grid accidents so that the power can be restored quickly.The traditional artificial fault analysis mode has long time efficiency and is not necessarily complete, so it is more and more difficult to meet the information requirements of decision makers.In this paper, in order to improve the power system fault response rate as the guidance, put forward a set of substation relay protection fault visualization analysis and the study status, early warning system, the main implementation based on SVG visualization technology, multi-dimensional visualization of fault inversion of fault analysis and protection equipment component level status monitoring and early warning technology such as the main function, system in the power grid failure can quickly obtain comprehensive fault characteristics, combines the condition of protection setting value, the switch quantity, sequence of protection operation comprehensive judgment protection movement situation, such as dynamic inversion, and protection is given to the conclusion that assistive technology for the power grid dispatching decision support, improve power supply reliability.
