芜湖航空产业园对东门渡河的防洪影响分析

摘    要:芜湖航空产业园位于东门渡河流域上游,园区建设将改变区域内原有的自然水系及地形地貌。通过建立一维数学模型计算分析,园区建设没有改变流域防洪的总体规划布局,对干流河道河势无不利影响,虽然抬升东门渡河的洪水位,对河道行洪安全产生一定影响,但可通过增加东门渡河出口排洪站规模消除影响。因此,通过建立数学模型将工程建设对流域防洪的影响数字化,可以更直观、准确地为地方政府管理和建设提供依据。

Analysis on the flood control effect of wuxuan airport and aviation industrial park construction on Dongmendu river

Abstract:Wuhu aviation industrial park is located in the upstream of Dongmendu River basin. The construction of the park will change the original natural water system and landform in the region. Through the calculation and analysis of one-dimensional mathematical model, the construction of the park has not changed the overall layout of flood control in the basin and has no adverse impact on the river regime of the main stream. Although the flood level of Dongmendu River is raised, which has a certain impact on the safety of river flood discharge, the impact can be eliminated by increasing the scale of Dongmendu River outlet flood discharge station. Therefore, by establishing a mathematical model to digitize the impact of engineering construction on flood control of river basin, it can provide basis for local government management and construction more intuitively and more accurately.
