摘    要:论述了我国第一批1 000 kV特高压导线制造过程的质量控制,采取一系列工艺控制措施后提高了导线的表面质量;通过对铝液中Si、Fe和其它微量元素的控制并利用稀土、铝硼等微量元素处理技术,提高了铝线的导电率;绞合过程中采用立柱式预扭装置并对导线各层节径比合理搭配,保证了特高压导线紧密度的要求;结合实际提出了一些新的控制措施,并在铝单线强度均匀性控制方面取得了很好效果。

Abstract:This paper introduced the quality control in the manufacturing process of first batch of 1 000 kV UHV conductors,and a series of technical measures were adopted to increase its surface quality of the conductors;by conrtrolling the elements of Si and Fe in the aluminum solution,and by using the treatment technology of rare earth and aluminum boron,the conductivity of aluminum wire is increased.Some new measures are proposed based on real situation,good result has achievesd in the control of uniform strength of solid aluminum wire.
