草酸二甲酯加氢制乙二醇反应器模拟分析

摘    要:依据草酸二甲酯(DMO)加氢制乙二醇(EG)的动力学建立了反应器的拟均相二维模型,利用Matlab编程和Excell进行了模拟计算;分析了管壁温度、液时空速、管径等因素对反应的转化率、选择性、热点和时空产率的影响;并得出了典型工况下浓度分布和温度分布,为该工艺的工业放大和反应器设计提供了依据。

Abstract:The pseudo-homogeneous two-dimensional model of the fixed-bed reactor for dimethyl oxalate(DMO) hydrogenation to ethylene glycol(EG) was established based on the reaction kinetics.The partial differential equations of the model were solved by Matlab and Excel.The effects of reactor temperature,LHSV and reactor diameter on the conversation of DMO,the selectivity to EG,the hot-spot and the space-time yield of EG were investigated.And the distributions of concentration and temperature were presented,which prov...
