摘    要:结合山梨酸钾的生产,对山梨酸回收工艺进行改进。通过焦油预处理,调整原料和配置管道,彻底解决了管道经常堵塞、单元操作时间过长以及山梨酸回收效果差的问题,使山梨酸的回收率由63.9%提高到98.1%,单元操作时间由4 h缩短至2 h;年增收节支2 938 700元;减少废液排放12 658 m3/a。

Abstract:Connected transformed. Through tions on the pipeline with the production craft of potassium sorbate, the recycling craft of sorbic acid was the tar pretreated, the raw materials adjusted and the pipeline disposed, the quesfrequently stopped up, the unit operation time too long and the low recovery effect of sorbic acid were thoroughly settled. The yield of the sorbic acid is improved from 63.9% to 98.1% ;the unit operation time is shortened from 4 h to 2 h. The sorbic acid of recovery and the materials saved brings an annual income of 2 938 700 RMB Yuan;the discharge of waste solution reduced 12 658 m^3/a.
