YD31200-23型高效电选机的研制及应用

摘    要:介绍了YD31200-23型高压电选机的基本结构、工作原理和技术特点,并将其与国产YD-3型电选机、美国HTP(25)231-200型电选机进行了工业试验对比。试验结果表明,该设备在设计上充分考虑了攀枝花原生钛铁矿的分选特性,选别指标先进。对于含TiO29.02%的原矿,可获得产率51.32%,含TiO47.58%的精矿,TiO回收率为84.15%,单机处理量为3.05t/h左右。

Abstract:This paper describes the basic structure,working principle and technical charateristics. By comparision with home-made YD-3 electrostatic separators and American HTP (25)231-200 electrostatic separators in industrial tests,it was found that since they are designed in light of the separation characteristics of Panzhihua primary ilmenite ore, the separators have good separation results. For run-of-mine ore containing 29.02% TiO_2,concentrate containing 47.53% TiO_2 can be obtained with a recovery of 84.15% TiO_2,a yield of 51.32% and a throughput of 3.05t/h per processor.
